All products offered by Prestige Peptides (https://prestigepeptides.co.za/) are supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory research and non-clinical analytical purposes only. They are NOT FOR HUMAN OR VETERINARY CONSUMPTION OR ADMINISTRATION. These Terms & Conditions contain provisions that limit the liability of Prestige Peptides, allocate risk to the Buyer, and require the Buyer to indemnify Prestige Peptides. By accessing this Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.

1. Mandatory Laboratory Research-Use-Only Disclaimer & Regulatory Status

  • 1.1 Strictly In Vitro Research Use Only: Every peptide, blend, and reference material sold on prestigepeptides.co.za is supplied exclusively as a laboratory chemical reagent for controlled in vitro, analytical, or non-clinical scientific research.
  • 1.2 Prohibited Uses: Products must never be used for human or animal consumption, subcutaneous/intramuscular/intravenous injection in humans or animals, nasal or oral ingestion, topical or cosmetic application, clinical trials, diagnostic procedures, therapeutic treatments, weight management, hormone therapy, sexual enhancement, or athletic performance enhancement.
  • 1.3 Regulatory Status (SAHPRA & Medicines Act 101 of 1965): Products sold on this Website are not registered medicines, scheduled substances for human/veterinary therapy, health supplements, medical devices, foodstuffs, or cosmetics under the South African Medicines and Related Substances Act, 1965 (Act No. 101 of 1965) or the Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act, 1972 (Act No. 54 of 1972). They have not been evaluated or approved by the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA), the US FDA, or the EMA for human or veterinary safety, efficacy, or clinical use.
  • 1.4 No Medical Advice or Practitioner Relationship: Nothing on this Website—including product titles, descriptions, molecular pathway summaries, blog posts, or email communications—constitutes medical advice, clinical guidance, or a doctor-patient or pharmacist-patient relationship. Prestige Peptides does not provide human dosing schedules, reconstitution guides for personal use, or self-administration instructions.
  • 1.5 Compound Names, Milligram Quantities & Analytical Purity:
    • Compound Names: The use of recognised scientific or investigational compound names on our Website is solely to identify the chemical molecule being supplied for research reference and never implies that the product is licensed or offered as a medicine.
    • Stated Milligram Quantities (`5mg`, `10mg`, `30mg`, `40mg`, `50mg`, `100mg`, `1000mg`): Numerical measurements on vial labels and product pages state the net mass of lyophilized research material in the vial. They are not human dosage recommendations.
    • Analytical Purity & COAs: Where analytical purity figures (e.g. HPLC purity) or Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are referenced or provided, they relate strictly to the chemical identity and purity of the tested batch sample. Analytical purity does not certify that a reagent is sterile, pyrogen-free, or safe for human or veterinary administration.
  • 1.6 World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) Notice: Many synthetic peptides and growth-factor secretagogues appear on the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) Prohibited List. Products sold by Prestige Peptides are not for human or athletic use under any circumstances.

2. Buyer Eligibility, Qualification & Representations

By placing an order with Prestige Peptides, you (the “Buyer”) expressly represent, warrant, and undertake that:

  1. You are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in the Republic of South Africa;
  2. You are a qualified researcher, academic, laboratory technician, or informed analytical buyer acquiring the products strictly for lawful, non-clinical laboratory research;
  3. From your own independent review and study, you are fully knowledgeable about:
    • The biochemical properties and potential health and safety hazards associated with handling research compounds;
    • The laboratory hygiene controls, personal protective equipment (PPE), and sterile handling procedures required to protect personnel from exposure; and
    • All applicable South African laws and institutional regulations governing the possession, storage, and disposal of laboratory research chemicals;
  4. You will store all products securely out of the reach of children, animals, and unauthorised persons; and
  5. You will not administer any product to yourself, any other human being, or any animal, nor market, compound, or resell any product as a medicine, supplement, cosmetic, or human-use product.

3. Absolute Right to Refuse Service & Cancel Non-Compliant Orders

Prestige Peptides reserves the absolute right, at our sole discretion, to refuse service, reject or cancel any order, and permanently block any customer account if:

  • Any communication, email, order note, or enquiry asks for human dosing, injection instructions, weight-loss/bodybuilding cycles, or medical advice, or otherwise leads us to suspect that a product is being acquired for human or animal consumption;
  • We suspect fraudulent activity, unauthorized resale, or breach of these Terms; or
  • Payment is not received or verified within the required timeframe.

4. Orders, Pricing, Currency & Payment (ZAR / EFT)

  • 4.1 Offer & Acceptance: Adding items to your cart does not reserve stock. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which is accepted only when we confirm payment clearance and dispatch your order.
  • 4.2 Pricing & Errors: All prices are displayed and payable in South African Rand (ZAR). While we take every care to ensure accurate pricing and descriptions, we reserve the right to correct typographical or pricing errors and to cancel and refund any order placed at an erroneous price.
  • 4.3 Direct Bank Transfer (EFT) Terms: Payment must be made in full via EFT into our nominated South African bank account using your Order ID as the payment reference. Orders are not dispatched until cleared funds reflect in our account. Unpaid orders that remain unsettled after 5 business days may be cancelled automatically.
  • 4.4 Payment Disputes, Reversals & Chargebacks: Initiating a bank payment reversal, recall, or chargeback without first contacting hello@prestigepeptides.co.za and following our published claims procedure constitutes a material breach of these Terms. We contest all unauthorized payment disputes using full checkout logs, IP records, research-use acknowledgements, and courier delivery proof, and reserve the right to recover all associated administrative and legal costs and permanently close the buyer’s account.

5. Product Presentation, Availability & Substitutions

  • 5.1 Packaging & Label Variations: Product photographs on the Website are illustrative. Minor variations in vial cap colour, crimp seal, or batch label layout may occur between production batches and do not affect the chemical identity or stated milligram quantity of the compound.
  • 5.2 Stock Unavailability: If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you promptly to offer your choice of: (a) an equivalent replacement compound, (b) a backorder dispatch date, or (c) an immediate full refund in ZAR.

6. Shipping, Delivery, Storage & Returns

All orders are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. In summary:

  • Orders ship nationwide within South Africa via The Courier Guy (direct to your door) or PUDO locker-to-locker in discreet, protective packaging.
  • Once delivered to the street address supplied at checkout or deposited into the Buyer’s nominated PUDO smart locker, prompt locker collection, proper cold storage (2°C–8°C or –20°C, away from light and moisture), and safe laboratory handling are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Prestige Peptides is not liable for peptide degradation, locker expiry, or return fees caused by delayed PUDO locker collection, post-delivery heat exposure, improper reconstitution, shaking/contamination, or mishandling.
  • Because we cannot verify the storage history or sterility of research reagents once they leave our controlled facility, all sales are final regarding change-of-mind returns (Section 42(2) of the ECT Act). Claims for visible transit damage (within 48 hours of delivery) or incorrect dispatch (within 7 calendar days of delivery) are resolved via free replacement or verified EFT refund as detailed in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
  • No Refunds for Research Outcomes: Your purchase is a transaction for a chemical research reagent, not a consumer health product. No refund or credit is ever given based on experimental outcomes, perceived biological effects, or non-compliant use.

7. Voluntary Assumption of Risk, Disclaimer of Warranties (“Voetstoots” / “As-Is”) & Limitation of Liability

  • 7.1 Voluntary Assumption of Risk: The Buyer acknowledges that synthetic research peptides are experimental biochemical compounds whose full toxicological and physiological profiles may not be completely characterised. By purchasing from Prestige Peptides, the Buyer voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the possession, storage, handling, testing, and use of the products, whether used alone or in combination with other substances.
  • 7.2 No Warranty of Fitness or Outcome: Save to the extent strictly required by non-excludable provisions of South African law, all products and Website content are supplied voetstoots (“as is” and “as available”) without any express or implied warranty of merchantability, clinical suitability, or fitness for any particular purpose, and without any guarantee that a compound will produce a specific experimental result.
  • 7.3 Exclusion of Consequential Damages & Aggregate Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, Prestige Peptides, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, suppliers, and logistics partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including personal injury, health complications, adverse reactions, loss of data, loss of research, or loss of profits) arising out of the use, misuse, improper human or animal administration, or improper storage of any product. In all circumstances, Prestige Peptides’ maximum aggregate liability in respect of any order or claim shall not exceed the actual ZAR purchase price paid by the Buyer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

8. Buyer Indemnification

In consideration of the sale of research compounds by Prestige Peptides—which sale we would not otherwise make without this undertaking—the Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prestige Peptides, its owners, affiliates, employees, suppliers, and service providers from and against any and all claims, demands, regulatory investigations, fines, penalties, damages, losses, liabilities, and legal costs (on an attorney-and-own-client scale) arising out of or relating to:

  1. The Buyer’s handling, storage, possession, testing, or use (or misuse) of any product purchased from Prestige Peptides;
  2. Any breach by the Buyer of these Terms & Conditions, including any administration of a product to a human or animal;
  3. Any violation of applicable South African laws or regulatory requirements by the Buyer; or
  4. Any claim brought by a third party to whom the Buyer supplied, transferred, or resold any product.

9. Prohibited Conduct & Intellectual Property

  • 9.1 Prohibited Conduct: You may not use this Website or its products for any unlawful purpose; resell or re-label our products as medicines, supplements, or therapies; submit false information; or scrape, copy, or interfere with the security or operation of prestigepeptides.co.za.
  • 9.2 Intellectual Property & Patent Notice: All content on this Website—including the Prestige Peptides name, black-and-gold branding, logos, product photography, written descriptions, and layout—is the exclusive intellectual property of Prestige Peptides and is protected by South African copyright and trademark laws. The listing of any research compound on this Website does not constitute a license or recommendation to use it in infringement of any patent.

11. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, Severability & Entire Agreement

  • 11.1 Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms & Conditions and all transactions conducted through prestigepeptides.co.za are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent South African courts (including the High Court of South Africa, Gauteng Division).
  • 11.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  • 11.3 Entire Agreement & Amendments: These Terms & Conditions, together with our Shipping & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Prestige Peptides. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time by publishing the revised version on this page.
